Description​

To transfer product information to the Retail Rocket platform, you need to export the online store's product database into an XML file, then specify the link to the file in your personal account settings.

Important

To prevent issues with accessing the downloadable XML file, and to ensure uninterrupted product database updates, the following IPs must be whitelisted on the server where the XML file is hosted:

  • 148.251.23.20
  • 148.251.2.196
  • 194.67.109.45
  • 151.248.118.107
