User behaviour data is required for many Retail Rocket products to work: product recommendations, automated communication campaigns, tracking communication performance metrics, and more.
To transfer user behaviour data to the Retail Rocket system, you need to call API methods corresponding to the action of significant user actions (view an item, adding to the cart, etc.). Methods with their parameters, possible response codes and call examples for each action are described below.
