Product Description

Product is only available on the Enterprise plan

Key features

  • Unified product listing experience. The product combines two complementary tools (Category Listing and Catalog Listing), meeting the needs of users who have a specific purchase intent as well as those who are browsing freely;
  • Flexible personalization. The algorithms automatically adapt the listing. If a user has a browsing history, similar and previously viewed products are prioritized. If no interests are known, the system uses product popularity;
  • Different loading modes. Both classic page-by-page pagination for clear navigation and infinite loading are supported;
  • Up-to-date data. Out-of-stock products are shown at the end or hidden, while prices and attributes always reflect the current inventory state;

Core components

Category listing

This component focuses on users with a specific intent: those who have opened a particular store section and want to compare products before making a decision.

  • Hierarchy support: The system provides relevant product results within the selected section;
  • Selection tools: Supports sorting (by relevance, popularity, price, and discount) and filtering by attributes provided in the feed;
  • Stable results: Products shown earlier are not duplicated when subsequent pages are loaded;

Catalog listing

This tool is intended for general store pages, such as the home page, where there is no specific category context. Its purpose is to help users explore the product database and maintain their attention.

  • Infinite stream: Designed for users whose interests are highly uncertain. It creates a sense of "anticipation," encouraging scrolling without requiring users to switch pages;
  • Balance of interests: Highly popular products from categories that interest the user are shown higher. The system also includes popular products from other categories to maintain variety;

User behavior data

The system analyzes visitor actions to provide the most relevant results in both components.

Visitor Interest (VI): Uses the visitor's interest in categories (part of CDV). If the user has viewed products, the system first shows similar products or products from the same categories.

Popularity and "Cold Start": When no information about a particular user's preferences is available, the algorithms use overall product popularity in the store, providing conversion-oriented results even for new visitors.

Tracking user behavior

Personalization depends on correctly configured tracking. For instructions on integration and event tracking, see Getting started with integration.

Order attribution

The default attribution window is 30 days. User interactions with products in a listing are counted if the purchase occurs within 30 days after the user clicks a product or adds a product to the cart from the listing.

  • Page-by-page pagination: A loading mode in which products are returned in fixed batches (pages);
  • Infinite loading: Dynamic loading of products in batches when the end of the list is reached, without an explicit transition between pages;
  • Relevance: How well the results match the user's current interests based on browsing history, or product popularity when no history is available;
  • Visitor Interest (VI): A mechanism that accounts for visitor interests and is used to create a personalized selection in Catalog Listing;
