Client Subscriptions
Subscription and Unsubscription from Communications
To manage client subscriptions to communication channels, the following methods are used in the Sailplay API:
/api/v2/users/subscribe/— client subscription/api/v2/users/unsubscribe/— client unsubscription
Both methods allow for managing client subscription statuses for email, SMS, and push notifications. Subscription statuses are taken into account during:
- mass mailings;
- trigger scenarios;
- client segmentation.
