Client Subscriptions

Subscription and Unsubscription from Communications

To manage client subscriptions to communication channels, the following methods are used in the Sailplay API:

• /api/v2/users/subscribe/ — client subscription
• /api/v2/users/unsubscribe/ — client unsubscription

Both methods allow for managing client subscription statuses for email, SMS, and push notifications. Subscription statuses are taken into account during:

• mass mailings;
• trigger scenarios;
• client segmentation.
