Subscription and Unsubscription from Communications

To manage client subscriptions to communication channels, the following methods are used in the Sailplay API:

Both methods allow for managing client subscription statuses for email, SMS, and push notifications. Subscription statuses are taken into account during:

  • mass mailings;
  • trigger scenarios;
  • client segmentation.

Supported Communication Channels

The following channel values are currently supported in requests:

  • email_all
  • sms_all
  • push_all
